How do you ensure plants survive shipping?
We use proprietary eco-friendly packaging designed to secure the plant and its soil in place. Every order is shipped via express couriers to minimize time spent in transit and ensure your greenery arrives fresh and healthy.
What is your 'Live on Arrival' guarantee?
We guarantee your plants will arrive in excellent condition. If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, simply send us a photo within 30 days of delivery, and we will send a replacement free of charge.
Do the plants come with pots?
Yes, all our plants are shipped in high-quality nursery pots. You also have the option to upgrade to one of our signature ceramic or terracotta planters during the checkout process.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can monitor your plant's journey to your doorstep.
Do you provide care instructions?

What is your return policy for non-plant items?
For accessories like pots, tools, and decor, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
