What is your 'Live on Arrival' guarantee?

We guarantee your plants will arrive in excellent condition. If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, simply send us a photo within 30 days of delivery, and we will send a replacement free of charge.

Do the plants come with pots?

Yes, all our plants are shipped in high-quality nursery pots. You also have the option to upgrade to one of our signature ceramic or terracotta planters during the checkout process.
